The Category

One operator for the whole cruise journey.

Port Tampa Bay is a record-breaking homeport — about 1.8 million cruisers in 2026 across three terminals, and nearly every sailing is a turnaround, so each voyage needs a transfer in and a pickup out. We run all of it: TPA and PIE airport transfers, terminal drop-offs, pre- and post-cruise hotel runs, and group and luxury service. And when your ship sails from Port Canaveral instead, we run the long-haul east too.

  • Airport → terminal on embarkation morning
  • Terminal → airport or hotel on disembarkation
  • Group, family and celebration cruise parties
  • Long-haul Tampa → Port Canaveral (Disney & mega-ships)

Why Chauffeured

Skip the parking, the shuttle and the surge.

Port parking runs roughly $18–30 a day — well over $120 for a week, with your car left in a garage the whole cruise. The cruise line shuttle is shared and multi-stop; rideshare surges on Saturday sailing mornings. A private chauffeur is a fixed price, meets you with your name, handles every bag, and drives direct to your terminal — then does it in reverse when you dock.

Tampa Cruise Port Transportation — FAQ

How far is Tampa airport from the cruise port, and how long is the transfer?
Port Tampa Bay is about 8–10 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) — roughly a 15–25 minute drive down I-275 to the Channelside terminals. It is the closest major cruise-feeder airport in Florida, which makes a chauffeured transfer fast, fixed-price and easy on embarkation morning.
Which cruise terminals does Port Tampa Bay have?
Three active cruise terminals in the Channelside / Ybor Channel district: Terminal 2 (651 Channelside Dr), Terminal 3 (815 Channelside Dr) and Terminal 6 (1333 McKay St). Assignments rotate by ship and sailing date, so always confirm your terminal in your cruise documents — we deliver you to the right one.
Can you handle round-trip embarkation and disembarkation transfers?
Yes — nearly every Tampa sailing is a turnaround, so most guests book both legs: a transfer to the terminal on embarkation day and a pickup when the ship returns. One reservation covers both, and your chauffeur tracks the ship so the return pickup adjusts if you dock early or late.
What if my cruise sails from Port Canaveral instead of Tampa?
Disney Cruise Line and the largest Royal Caribbean and Carnival mega-ships are too tall for the Sunshine Skyway and sail from Port Canaveral, about 2.5 hours east. We run door-to-ship long-haul transfers from anywhere in Tampa Bay to Port Canaveral — see our dedicated Tampa to Port Canaveral page.
Why book a private car instead of the cruise shuttle or rideshare?
A private chauffeur meets you, handles the luggage, drives direct with no shared stops, and gives you a fixed price with no embarkation-morning surge. The cruise line shuttle is shared and multi-stop; rideshare surges on Saturday sailing mornings and cannot guarantee a vehicle for a group with bags. For families and groups, private is the calm option.
