Which airside is your airline?

Every flight boards from one of TPA’s four satellite concourses — Airsides A, C, E and F — reached from Level 3 of the Main Terminal by that airside’s own automated shuttle. Arriving, you do the same trip in reverse: your airside’s shuttle back to the Main Terminal, then down to Baggage Claim on Level 1, where pickup is split Red side or Blue side by airline. (TPA’s SkyConnect train is a different system — Main Terminal to Economy Parking and the Rental Car Center — and you only need it if you are picking up a rental car.)

TPA to Bradenton

Tampa Airport to IMG Academy and Legacy Hotel.

Sarasota–Bradenton is closer to the IMG Academy campus, but a great many arrivals land here instead — Tampa carries the connecting routes and most of the long-haul fares, so a family flying in from overseas usually clears customs at TPA. It is a run we make constantly, in both directions.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Tampa International Airport?
At Baggage Claim on Level 1 of the Main Terminal — TPA splits it Red side and Blue side by airline, with ground-transportation pickup tied to the same split (Red near Belt 9, Blue near Belt 7). Your confirmation tells your chauffeur which side to meet you on, and they’ll be holding a sign with your name.
Do you track my flight if it lands early or gets delayed?
Yes — every airport reservation is tied to your flight number and monitored live. If you land 40 minutes early or two hours late, your chauffeur’s timing shifts automatically. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time; international arrivals include 90.
Do you provide child seats for airport trips?
Yes. Infant and forward-facing child seats are available on request — just note the ages when you book and your chauffeur will have them installed and ready before pickup.
Can you handle large or extra luggage?
Our GMC Yukon SUV carries several large checked bags plus passengers — ideal for families, golf trips and cruise luggage. Prefer a lower-profile ride? Is Tampa International Airport one terminal or several?
One Main Terminal for ticketing and baggage claim, connected to four satellite concourses — Airsides A, C, E and F — by the airside shuttles, the automated people-movers that run from Level 3. As an arriving passenger you ride your airside’s shuttle back to the Main Terminal and go down to Baggage Claim on Level 1, where we meet you. TPA’s other train, SkyConnect, is a separate system and does not serve the airsides — it runs between the Main Terminal, Economy Parking and the Rental Car Center.
Do you meet international arrivals at TPA?
Absolutely. TPA runs a growing list of international routes — including London, Frankfurt, Zurich, Amsterdam, Toronto and several Caribbean and Latin American destinations — with U.S. Customs processing at Airside F. We build in a customs-and-immigration buffer and meet you in the arrivals hall after you clear. International arrivals include 90 minutes of complimentary wait time so a slow customs line is never a problem.
Can you take me from the airport straight to a cruise at Port Tampa Bay?
Yes. Airport-to-cruise transfers are one of our most requested trips — TPA is about 8–10 miles from the Port Tampa Bay terminals. We collect you at TPA, load every bag, and deliver you to your terminal timed to your boarding window. See our Cruise Transportation service for details.
How much does airport transportation in Tampa cost?
You get a flat, all-inclusive rate quoted before you book — no meter, and all applicable fees are shown before you book. Enter your pickup and drop-off to see your exact fare — tolls and taxes are in it, and the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay.
Can my driver wait for my flight instead of circling the terminal?
That’s exactly how we operate — your chauffeur parks and walks in to meet you, rather than circling the curb. Curbside space at TPA is for active loading and unloading only; drivers who insist on waiting curbside often end up rerouted to TPA’s free Cell Phone Waiting Lot off George J. Bean Parkway. Booking a chauffeur skips that step entirely — we time your pickup to your actual landing.
Is it cheaper to just drive myself and park at TPA?
Not when you add it up. TPA’s Short-Term and Long-Term garages are free for the first hour, then run about $8/hour to a $26–$32 daily maximum, plus the walk or moving-walkway ride in from the garage. A flat-rate chauffeur pickup has no parking fee, no walk, and no risk of a full garage during a busy holiday weekend.
Is renting a car at TPA more convenient than a private car service?
Usually not for a single trip. TPA’s Rental Car Center isn’t in the terminal — it’s a separate facility you reach only via the SkyConnect train, and you return the same way to catch a flight. A chauffeured pickup skips the counter, the shuttle and the return trip: we meet you at baggage claim and drive you straight to your door.
Is TSA PreCheck or CLEAR available at Tampa International?
Yes to both, with one change worth knowing: TPA’s on-airport PreCheck enrollment center permanently closed in June 2025, so new enrollments happen off-site (Staples/Office Depot locations around Tampa Bay) rather than at the airport. CLEAR+ was approved for TPA in August 2026 and is targeted to launch at all four airsides that fall, adding CLEAR lanes and automated eGates alongside existing PreCheck lanes.
Is Tampa International Airport adding a new terminal?
Yes — Airside D, a $1.5 billion, 16-gate international terminal between the existing Airsides C and E, broke ground in December 2024 and is scheduled to open in 2029. It will be TPA’s first new airside in roughly 20 years, built to help the airport handle growth toward 35 million annual passengers by 2037. Construction traffic may affect airport-access roads over the next few years, which is one more reason a chauffeur who tracks conditions in real time is worth having.
Do you serve executives working out of SkyCenter One at TPA?
Yes. SkyCenter One is the Class-A office tower built directly on airport property and marketed as "10 minutes from desk to terminal" via SkyConnect — several Tampa Bay companies and executives base out of it specifically for that airport access. We run scheduled and on-demand pickups from its own curbside, so a meeting there and a same-day flight connect without a separate trip across town.
How early should I book my airport pickup or dropoff?
We run 24/7 and accommodate same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is free, but booking a day or more ahead guarantees your preferred vehicle — especially for early-morning departures and holiday travel.
How much complimentary airport wait time is included?
Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the moment your flight lands; international arrivals at TPA include 90, because U.S. Customs at Airside F is the variable nobody can predict. Wait time is measured from actual landing, not your scheduled time, so an early or delayed flight does not shorten it.

Yes — TPA to Clearwater Beach is one of our most-booked routes, roughly 25 miles and about 40 to 50 minutes depending on the Courtney Campbell Causeway and beach traffic. It is a flat, all-inclusive rate quoted before you book, with the same flight tracking and flat rate as any other airport transfer.
