All of Tampa Bay’s major destinations — Moffitt Cancer Center (USF/north Tampa), Tampa General Hospital (Davis Islands), Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (St. Petersburg), Sarasota Memorial, AdventHealth Tampa, and long-distance runs to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Can the car wait during an appointment and take me back?
Yes. Wait-and-return is one of our most requested arrangements — your chauffeur stays on-site during the appointment and drives you back when you are ready, which suits variable appointment lengths far better than hailing a new ride afterward. It is popular for recurring visits, where we can arrange a standing reservation with the same chauffeur.
Do you help out-of-town patients and their families?
Yes — that is a large part of what we do. Many people travel to Tampa Bay for care and stay for days or weeks. We handle the airport arrival, daily hotel-to-hospital transfers, and getting family members around, all under one point of contact. It is transportation and logistics only; the clinical side stays with your care team.
Is this different from Uber or a shared medical van?
