Do you transport family members as well as the patient?
Yes — that is the point of this service. During an extended stay, it is not only the patient who needs to get around: family and caregivers arrive at the airport, move between the hotel and hospital, and need to run errands or get across the city. We become one reliable driver for the whole group, so the logistics are handled while everyone focuses on what matters.
Can one driver cover the airport, the hotel and daily hospital trips?
Yes. We coordinate the whole itinerary from a single point of contact: the airport arrival, daily hotel-to-hospital transfers, and rides for family members around Tampa. Whether the appointments are at Moffitt, Tampa General or Johns Hopkins All Children’s in St. Petersburg, it is one arrangement instead of a dozen separate bookings.
We are here from out of town — can you handle the whole stay?
Yes. For out-of-town families we set up a standing arrangement for the length of the visit: airport pickup at TPA or PIE, a saved daily schedule between hotel and hospital, and on-call rides as plans change. One coordinator, one saved schedule, consolidated billing — so no one is arranging rides on a hard day.
Can you arrange car seats or accommodate children traveling with the family?
Yes. For families visiting Johns Hopkins All Children’s or traveling with children, tell us the ages and group size when you book and we’ll arrange the right vehicle and car seats. We keep the whole family together in one clean, private vehicle rather than splitting across rideshares.
Is this a medical transport service?
No — we are a luxury ground-transportation company, not a medical provider. We do not give medical care or advice. We are also not a Medicaid non-emergency medical transport, ambulette or wheelchair-van service; for those needs we refer you to a specialized medical-transport partner. We provide comfortable, private transportation for patients and families who can travel seated.
