FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum hourly charter booking?
Our minimum charter is 2 hours. We offer 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10-hour packages to fit any schedule.
Can I make multiple stops during an hourly charter?
Absolutely. Hourly charter means the vehicle and chauffeur are entirely at your disposal. Make as many stops as you need within your booked time.
What happens if my hourly service runs past the scheduled end time?
Hourly reservations are booked for a specific duration. If service continues beyond the originally scheduled end time, additional time is billed in one-hour increments at the applicable hourly rate. Any portion of an additional hour is charged as one full hour. For example, if the service continues for 10 minutes beyond the scheduled end time, one additional hour will be charged. If the service continues for more than one hour, each additional started hour will be billed as a full hour. Extensions are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability and are not guaranteed.
