What The Circle is
It is the membership side of a Max Luxury account, and it is already yours. Nothing is applied for, nothing is approved, and nothing is paid.
- Eligible completed rides can earn Circle Miles. Each one is recorded against the trip it came from.
- Your Miles and your status are shown in your account, alongside every entry that moved them.
- Eligible Miles can be put toward an eligible booking, when you choose to use them.
- Recognition develops with continued travel. The more journeys you complete with us, the further your status moves.

Book and complete a journey the way you always have. Nothing about the car, the chauffeur or the booking changes because of The Circle.
Earn
Eligible completed rides can earn Circle Miles. Each entry appears in your account against the trip it came from, so you can always see where a Mile came from.
Progress
Circle Miles are not spent — they accumulate. Each one moves you along the year’s journey toward Select, Private and Reserve, and your account shows exactly how far you have come.
Four levels, in order
Status is recognition, and it develops with eligible travel. Every account begins at Member; the levels above it are reached by continuing to travel with us.

The counter starts again every January 1st, and a status you earn is yours for the rest of that year and all of the next one. Reach a level and it is active on your next eligible booking — travel the same distance again the following year and it simply continues.

What is The Circle?
The Circle is the membership that comes with a Max Luxury Limo account. Every mile you travel on an eligible completed trip earns one Circle Mile, and the Circle Miles you earn across a calendar year decide your status for the year ahead. There is no fee, no application and nothing to activate.
What are Circle Miles?
Circle Miles are distance. One mile of an eligible completed trip earns one Circle Mile, recorded against that trip. They are not cash, not a deposit, not property and not a balance you spend — they cannot be withdrawn and they have no cash value. What they do is qualify you: reach 50, 300 or 500 in a calendar year and you hold Select, Private or Reserve.
How do I earn them?
By completing eligible trips. When a journey finishes and qualifies, the trip’s distance is recorded against it in your account — a 20-mile trip earns 20.00 Circle Miles. Corporate travel is not eligible in this release, and a trip that is cancelled or fully refunded has its Circle Miles reversed, visibly, in your history.
Where do I see my status?
In your account, under The Circle. One page carries the status you hold, the discount it carries, the date it is valid through, the Circle Miles you have earned so far this year, how far the next level is, and every trip that earned them.
What happens at the end of the year?
The counter starts again. Circle Miles qualify you within a calendar year, so on January 1st your total returns to zero and a new year begins — but the status you earned does not go with it. A status earned in one year stays active through the end of the next one, which is the year you have to travel in to keep or raise it.
What happens if a trip is cancelled or refunded?
A trip cancelled before it is completed earns nothing in the first place. A completed trip that is later fully refunded has its Circle Miles reversed — and the reversal appears in your history as its own entry, next to the entry it undoes, rather than the original quietly disappearing. A partial adjustment does not remove the distance you actually travelled.
Can Circle Miles be transferred or redeemed for cash?
No. Circle Miles stay with the account that earned them. They cannot be moved to another person or another account, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they have no cash value.
Is The Circle available for corporate accounts?
Not at this time. The Circle is for personal Max Luxury Limo accounts. Travel booked through a corporate account is handled under that account’s own arrangements.
