It is the white-glove, managed version of getting to and from appointments: a standing reservation with the same chauffeur, wait-and-return so the car holds during your appointment, help from the door to check-in and back, and one point of contact who knows your schedule. It turns a series of stressful one-off rides into a single reliable relationship. It is transportation and logistics only — never medical care.
How does wait-and-return work for recurring treatment?
For recurring appointments — several times a week over weeks or months — your chauffeur brings you in, stays on-site during the appointment, and drives you home when you’re ready, however long it runs. Because appointment lengths vary, holding the car is far less stressful than arranging a fresh ride each time. We can lock the same chauffeur and time slot as a standing reservation.
Can I set up a standing account with monthly billing?
Yes. For recurring visits we set up a standing account: consolidated monthly billing, a saved schedule, and a dedicated point of contact — the same way our corporate accounts work, adapted for patients and families. You approve the schedule once and the rides simply happen.
Do you help from the door, not just the curb?
Yes — door-through-door is the point of concierge service. Your chauffeur helps from the front door to the check-in area and back again, carries bags, and keeps everything unhurried. It is a meaningful step up from curb-to-curb rideshare for anyone who is tired or would simply rather not manage the details.
Is this a medical or nursing service?
No. We provide comfortable, private ground transportation and door-through-door courtesy — not medical or nursing care, and no medical advice. We are also not a Medicaid non-emergency medical transport, ambulette or wheelchair-van service; for clinical transport or mobility equipment we refer you to a specialized partner. We serve people who can travel seated.
