Do you run daily transfers from my hotel to the hospital?
Yes — the daily hotel-to-hospital transfer is one of our most requested arrangements. Many people stay near Moffitt or Tampa General for weeks of treatment, and we run the morning ride to the hospital and the ride back on your schedule. We can set it up as a standing daily reservation so it repeats without rebooking each day.
Which hotels do you serve for hospital transfers?
All of them, including the Moffitt partner and preferred hotels along the north Tampa / Fletcher Avenue corridor such as Residence Inn Tampa North and Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa North, and the Water Street luxury hotels downtown — the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, Tampa Marriott Water Street, Tampa EDITION and Grand Hyatt Tampa. If you are staying somewhere else, we will run the transfer from there too.
Why not just use the hotel shuttle?
Hotel and hospital shuttle coverage is limited — fixed loops, set times, shared vans, and often no service to the specific campus entrance you need. A private transfer runs on your appointment schedule, takes you door to door in a clean vehicle you don’t share, and can hold the car for the return so you are not waiting on a shuttle after a long day.
Can the car wait and bring me back to the hotel?
Yes. Wait-and-return is ideal for treatment days: your chauffeur stays on-site during the appointment and drives you back to the hotel when you are ready, rather than you arranging a fresh ride afterward. For recurring visits we can keep the same chauffeur on your standing reservation.
Is this a medical transport service?
No — we are a luxury ground-transportation company, not a medical provider. We do not give medical care or advice. We are also not a Medicaid non-emergency medical transport, ambulette or wheelchair-van service; for those needs we refer you to a specialized medical-transport partner. We provide comfortable, private hotel-to-hospital transportation for people who can travel seated.
