We coordinate directly with the FBO — Signature, Sheltair or Atlantic — track the tail number, and have the vehicle waiting plane-side as the door opens. The clubs come off the aircraft and into the car without a terminal in between, and the chauffeur is moving toward the course while other travelers are still finding baggage claim. Where does the chauffeur meet a private aircraft?
Plane-side, on the ramp, wherever the FBO permits. We coordinate with the fixed-base operator — Signature, Sheltair or Atlantic — track the tail number, and stage the vehicle so it is waiting as you step off the aircraft. The clubs come off the plane and into the vehicle without passing through a terminal, and you are moving toward the course within minutes of the wheels stopping.
Which airports and FBOs do you cover for fly-in golf?
The full Tampa Bay range. Most jets use Tampa International (TPA) or Sarasota–Bradenton (SRQ), but the real advantage is the smaller fields: Brooksville–Tampa Bay Regional (BKV) puts you roughly 15 minutes from Cabot Citrus Farms, and Lakeland Linder (LAL) is the closest strip to Streamsong. We meet aircraft at the Signature, Sheltair and Atlantic FBOs across all of them.
How close can we fly to the actual course?
