The Long-Haul Luxury Transfer to Streamsong Resort
Streamsong is a destination in the truest sense — a modern-luxury golf lodge set an hour inland from Tampa, deliberately far from everything. Its remoteness is the point, and it is exactly why the arrival matters here more than at a downtown hotel. This is not a local ride; it is a chauffeured transfer built for the distance.

Why Chauffeured
An hour of highway, turned into part of the trip.
The whole idea of Streamsong is to switch off, and self-driving an hour of unfamiliar inland highway after a flight — then again on the way out — pulls against that from the first minute. A chauffeur removes it entirely: the group rides together, the clubs are stowed, nobody is navigating, and the transfer becomes downtime rather than a chore. On the return, no one has to think about who is behind the wheel after the last round.
- No unfamiliar rural drive after a flight
- Whole group travels together
- Clubs and bags handled at both ends
- A driver for the trip home, every time
A transfer this long is a different job than a cross-town run — the vehicle, the chauffeur and the timing are chosen for a comfortable hour on the road, not a fifteen-minute hop. It is the same standard we bring to long airport routes across the region, applied to the road out to Polk County.
Airport transportationA destination worth the drive.
Streamsong earned its reputation the hard way: three courses ranked among the Top 30 in the country — the Blue by Tom Doak, the Red by Coore & Crenshaw, and the Black by Gil Hanse — joined by the new Bone Valley short course. Add the grotto spa and nine restaurants at the lodge, and it is a multi-day trip, not an afternoon.
Groups over several days
With multiple Top-30 courses on one property, groups come to play round after round across a stay. We handle the arrival for the full party and stay reachable for anything that comes up during the trip.
Clubs handled end to end
Travel bags and club cases are stowed properly for the long transfer and delivered to the lodge — no cramming a foursome and their gear into a rental at the airport.
A base in the middle of nowhere
Streamsong sits alone on reclaimed mining land turned into golf country. That isolation is the draw, and it is precisely why having a chauffeur on call beats being stranded an hour from the nearest city.
Air & Ramp
Fly into Lakeland Linder, or connect from TPA, SRQ and MCO.
For guests flying private, Lakeland Linder International (LAL) is the closest general-aviation field to the resort — the fastest way in. We meet the aircraft on the ramp, load the clubs, and make the short final leg to the lodge. For commercial arrivals, Tampa (TPA) and Sarasota (SRQ) are the nearest major airports, with Orlando (MCO) a common route through central Florida.
- LAL ramp meet for private jets
- Shortest final leg to the lodge
- TPA and SRQ commercial pickups
- MCO for central-Florida routing
Whether the trip starts on a charter into LAL or a red-eye into Tampa, the ground half stays with one operator — tied into our private-aviation program so the flight and the transfer are booked and briefed together, not left to sort out on landing.
