What does cruise concierge transportation include?
The full door-to-door bundle: a chauffeur who meets you by name, handles all the luggage (suitcases, carry-ons, strollers, cruise bags), drives direct with no shared stops, and can chain multiple stops in one itinerary — airport to hotel, hotel to port, port to airport. It is the white-glove version of a cruise transfer, built for guests who would rather not touch a bag or think about logistics.
How is this different from a regular car service?
A standard transfer moves you from A to B. Concierge service manages the whole cruise-day chain: flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, luggage handled at every stop, a pre-cruise hotel run if you fly in early, the terminal drop timed to boarding, and the disembarkation pickup tracked to the ship’s arrival — one coordinated plan with a single point of contact.
Can you do multi-stop itineraries?
Yes — that is the point. Common chains are TPA → Water Street hotel (pre-cruise night) → terminal on sailing morning, and on return, terminal → brunch or shopping → airport. You give us the plan; we sequence the vehicles and timing so nobody waits.
Do you provide car seats and handle families?
Yes. We provide child seats on request and are set up for families with a lot of gear — strollers, pack-and-plays and cruise luggage all handled. Our GMC Yukon SUV keeps the family and the bags together, and we coordinate additional vehicles for larger families.
Is private concierge service worth the cost over a shuttle?
For travelers who value time, discretion and not lifting a bag, yes. A shared shuttle is cheaper per head but multi-stop and on someone else’s schedule; concierge service is direct, private, luggage-handled and coordinated end-to-end. It is the difference between a ride and a managed experience.
