One Vehicle

The whole party arrives together.

Splitting a cruise group across three or four rideshares means staggered arrivals, a lost bag, and someone standing outside the wrong terminal while the rest of the family checks in. A single chartered vehicle fixes all of it: everyone boards at the pickup, everyone rides together, everyone steps out at the same terminal door — with the luggage that came with them. One chauffeur, one point of contact, one arrival window.

  • Group and luggage in one vehicle
  • Same terminal, same arrival time
  • A single named point of contact
  • No stragglers, no split fares

Right-Sized Fleet

From executive SUV to 56-passenger coach.

We match the vehicle to the group and its bags, not just the headcount. A six-seat executive SUV for a small family; a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter for a reunion; a 24–36 passenger minibus for a wedding party; a full 56-passenger motorcoach for a corporate or incentive sailing. Larger vehicles use under-coach luggage bays, so a week of cruise suitcases never crowds the seats.

  • Executive SUV — up to 6 with bags
  • 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter
  • 24–36 passenger minibus
  • 56-passenger motorcoach with luggage bays

Every Occasion

Reunions, celebrations, weddings, corporate.

Multi-generational family reunions where grandparents and kids stay together. Milestone birthday and anniversary sailings. Wedding parties boarding as one. Corporate and incentive cruise groups that need timing coordination and a clean, on-brand arrival. Same single-vehicle logic every time, with staggered pickups rolled into one terminal drop timed to the group’s boarding window.

Cruise Group Transportation — FAQ

How big a group can you move to Port Tampa Bay in one vehicle?
From a six-seat executive SUV up to a 56-passenger motorcoach — and everything between, including 14-passenger Sprinters and 24–36 passenger minibuses. The goal is one vehicle for the whole party so the group and its luggage arrive together, at the same time, at the same terminal, rather than splitting across three rideshares that show up ten minutes apart.
Can everyone’s cruise luggage fit with the passengers?
Yes. We size the vehicle to seats and bags, not just headcount. Cruise groups travel heavy — a week of suitcases, garment bags and carry-ons — so on the larger vehicles we use the under-coach bays and on Sprinters and minibuses we plan the seat count to leave real luggage room. Nobody rides with a suitcase on their lap.
Do you handle family reunions and milestone-celebration cruises?
Those are our most common group cruises. Multi-generational reunions, a 60th-birthday or anniversary sailing, a graduation cruise — one chauffeur, one vehicle, grandparents and kids and gear kept together from the hotel or airport to the terminal, and reunited the same way on the return.
Can you coordinate weddings-at-sea and corporate or incentive cruise groups?
Yes. Wedding parties sailing together and corporate or incentive groups get the same single-vehicle logic plus timing coordination — staggered pickups rolled into one arrival window, a named point of contact, and terminal drop sequenced to the group’s boarding time. For weddings we also work alongside our wedding transportation cluster.
How far ahead should a group book?
For the larger vehicles — minibuses and 56-passenger coaches — two to four weeks is ideal, especially in Tampa’s peak winter cruise season. SUVs and Sprinters can often be arranged on shorter notice. Give us the sail date, the group size and the pickup points and we will confirm the right single vehicle and a firm quote.
