Black Car Service to Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages

Cottages and suites set back from Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach — the kind of place families book for a fortnight and return to the same week every year. Long stays and self-catering change what the car is actually for.

Cottages Mean Kitchens

The first useful trip is a supermarket, not a restaurant.

Cottage accommodation on a barrier island means self-catering, and self-catering on Anna Maria means somebody has to get a fortnight of groceries across a bridge. The island's own shops are small and priced accordingly.

We build a supermarket stop into the arrival run — it adds roughly half an hour on the mainland side and removes the whole problem, and the GMC Yukon takes a fortnight's shopping alongside the luggage. Mid-stay top-ups are a straightforward point-to-point booking with the waiting time included.

  • Mainland supermarket stop on the arrival run
  • GMC Yukon SUV for luggage plus shopping
  • Mid-stay top-up runs with waiting time
  • Extra loading time allowed at the terminal

02 / The Annual Trip

Guests who come back want the same thing to work again.

A property with this much repeat business generates repeat transport: the same fortnight each year, the same airport, the same first-night dinner. There is no reason to rebuild that arrangement from nothing every time.

We keep the pattern on file, so next year is a date change rather than a fresh set of instructions — same pickup point, same vehicle, same supermarket stop if you want it.

Cortez on the way in

The working fishing village on the mainland side of the Cortez bridge is a better first-night dinner than anything on the beach strip, and it is directly on the route from the airport.

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages.

FAQ

Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages Black Car Service — FAQ

Do you provide black car service to Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages in Holmes Beach — SRQ and TPA airport transfers, supermarket stops on arrival, mid-stay provisioning runs and mainland dinner trips.
Can you stop for groceries on the way from the airport?
Yes, and with cottage kitchens it is the sensible way to do it. A mainland supermarket stop adds roughly half an hour and the GMC Yukon SUV has room for a fortnight's shopping alongside the luggage. Mention it when you book so we allow the time.
We come every year — can you remember our arrangements?
Yes. Repeat guests are common here, so we keep the pattern on file: same pickup point, same vehicle type, same supermarket stop. Next year's booking becomes a date change rather than a fresh set of instructions.
How far is the airport?
SRQ is roughly 30 to 40 minutes and TPA about an hour and a quarter, both in normal conditions. The bridges are the variable — two of the three onto the island open for boat traffic.
Where should we eat on the first night?
Cortez, the working fishing village on the mainland side of the Cortez bridge, is a much better meal than the beach strip and sits directly on the route in from the airport. We are happy to stop there on the arrival run.

Self-catering for a fortnight?

Add the supermarket stop to the airport run. It costs half an hour and saves the first evening.
