Black Car Service to Tradewinds Beach Resort, Anna Maria Island

A Gulf-front resort on Bradenton Beach — and, confusingly, not the TradeWinds most people mean. That one is on St. Pete Beach, forty miles north. Getting the right island is the first thing a booking has to do.

The Name Problem

Two Florida resorts, similar names, forty miles apart.

Tradewinds Beach Resort sits on Bradenton Beach, on Anna Maria Island. TradeWinds Resort — the large one with Island Grand and RumFish — is on St. Pete Beach, in a different county, across Tampa Bay. We run transfers to both, and they are not close to each other.

So we dispatch to the street address rather than the resort name. If your confirmation just says "TradeWinds", it is worth checking which island you have booked before the driver does. An hour and a half of Gulf coast separates the two mistakes.

  • Dispatch by street address, never by name alone
  • Anna Maria Island, not St. Pete Beach
  • Booking confirmed against the island at reservation
  • Both resorts served, from one desk

02 / Bradenton Beach at the Door

Bridge Street, Coquina and the southern tip.

The resort is a short way from Bridge Street's restaurants and the historic pier, with Coquina Beach and the Longboat Pass bridge a little further south. The free island trolley runs past for everything in between.

Cars here get booked for the airport at each end, a Cortez dinner over the bridge, and the occasional day in Sarasota. That is genuinely the whole list for most stays.

The southern tip

Coquina Beach runs down to Longboat Pass, where the bascule bridge lifts for boat traffic. Pleasant to sit by; less pleasant to be behind on the way to a flight.

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every Tradewinds Beach Resort transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for Tradewinds Beach Resort.

FAQ

Tradewinds Beach Resort Black Car Service — FAQ

Is this the same as TradeWinds on St. Pete Beach?
No, and it is the most common confusion we see. Tradewinds Beach Resort is on Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island. TradeWinds Resort — Island Grand and RumFish — is on St. Pete Beach, roughly an hour and a half north across Tampa Bay. We serve both and dispatch to the street address rather than the name.
Do you provide black car service to Tradewinds Beach Resort, Anna Maria?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from Tradewinds Beach Resort in Bradenton Beach — SRQ and TPA airport transfers, Cortez dinner runs, Coquina Beach drops and Sarasota day trips.
How far is the airport?
Roughly 30 to 35 minutes from SRQ and about an hour and a quarter from TPA in normal conditions. The Cortez and Longboat Pass bridges both open for boat traffic, so departures are scheduled with margin.
What is nearby?
Bridge Street's restaurants and the historic pier are a short way north, Coquina Beach and the Longboat Pass bridge a little south, and the free island trolley runs past for everything in between.
Do you serve Longboat Key from here?
Yes. Longboat Key begins immediately across the Longboat Pass bridge at the southern tip, and we cover its resorts including The St. Regis and the Longboat Key Club.
