The Luce opened in June 2026 in the building that spent decades as the Postcard Inn, closed after hurricane damage in September 2024 and reopened following a rebuild that kept the mid-century layout — lanai rooms, bungalows, the courtyard — and brought it into Marriott's Tribute Portfolio.

At this size the property takes wedding blocks, reunions and corporate retreats rather than only couples, and the transport that comes with those is the same shape as anywhere else on the island: arrivals spread across two airports and two days, one big Saturday, and a check-out morning that everybody shares.
We schedule all three. Arrival waves as the flights land, held cars for the event itself, and sequenced departures with margin for the Bayway.
