The Wedding Beach

Most of the party is not staying here.

A beachfront resort with its own ceremony sites runs weddings most weekends of the season, and the pattern is consistent: the couple and immediate family take rooms at the resort, and a large share of the guests stay at cheaper properties along Gulf Boulevard or in St. Petersburg.

That makes the guest movement the real job. We run scheduled loops from the other beach hotels rather than individual bookings, put a lead car on the couple, and handle the late return after the reception — when a barrier island has very few taxis and a lot of people who have been drinking.

  • Lead car for the couple
  • Scheduled guest loops from nearby hotels
  • Airport waves on the Thursday and Friday
  • Late returns after the reception

02 / Arrivals in Numbers

A hundred guests do not arrive on one flight.

Wedding and conference blocks land across two days and half a dozen flight banks, split between PIE and TPA. Left to individual booking, that produces a hundred separate arrangements and a dozen people stranded at the wrong terminal.

Handled as a programme, it is a manifest: who lands where and when, which vehicle meets them, and what time they reach the resort. The organiser gets one schedule and one invoice instead of a hundred reimbursement requests.

Two terminals, one manifest

Guests will arrive into both PIE and TPA. We cover both from the same desk, so the schedule holds regardless of which airport each booking went through.

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort.

FAQ

Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort Black Car Service — FAQ

Do you provide black car service to Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort — PIE and TPA airport transfers, wedding-party and guest transport, group blocks and Gulf Boulevard point-to-point trips.
Can you move wedding guests staying at other hotels?
Yes, and that is usually the larger part of the job. We run scheduled loops from the other Gulf Boulevard and St. Petersburg hotels to the resort and back, rather than leaving a hundred guests to book individually.
Can you cover guests arriving into both airports?
Yes. A wedding block typically splits across PIE and TPA, and we work from one manifest covering both — who lands where and when, which vehicle meets them, and what time they reach the resort.
What about getting guests home after the reception?
We schedule it. A barrier island has very few cars available late at night and a reception produces a lot of people who should not drive, so the return leg is planned in advance rather than improvised at eleven.
Is the resort still called Sirata?
Yes. It trades as Sirata St. Pete Beach Resort and is part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection. We confirmed the current name before publishing this page.
