TPATampa International

The main gateway for most out-of-town guests — a 20–45 minute run to downtown, Water Street and the beach hotels, sized for the widest flight schedule.

PIESt. Pete–Clearwater

The budget-carrier arrival point for guests flying in on Allegiant and Sun Country — closest to the Gulf beach room-blocks in Clearwater and St. Pete.

SRQSarasota–Bradenton

The nearest field for weddings on the Sarasota coast, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch and Anna Maria Island — a short, low-stress transfer straight to the venue side.

Which airports do you cover for out-of-town wedding guests?
All three Tampa Bay–area fields: Tampa International (TPA), St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) and Sarasota–Bradenton (SRQ). TPA handles the widest set of flights and most guests; PIE is closest for beach room-blocks and budget carriers; SRQ is the short hop for weddings on the Sarasota coast, Longboat Key and Lakewood Ranch. We route each guest to whichever field gives the calmest drive to where you are staying.
Is it a curbside pickup or does someone actually meet the guests?
It is a true meet-and-greet. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at baggage claim with the guest’s name on a board, helps with luggage, and walks them to the vehicle — not a phone call from a distant cell lot. For older relatives and first-time visitors especially, being met by name is the difference between a warm welcome and a stressful scramble.
What happens if a guest’s flight is delayed or lands early?
We track every arrival by tail number from the dispatch desk, so the pickup moves with the flight automatically. An early landing means the car is already there; a two-hour delay simply shifts the wait — the guest is never billed for sitting on a plane and never stands at the curb wondering if their ride left. Later pickups on the same day are re-flowed around the change.
Can guests share a ride, or does everyone get a private car?
Both, and we plan the mix for you. When several guests land within about an hour of each other we consolidate them into a shared Sprinter or SUV to keep the vehicle count sensible; parents, the wedding party and VIP family get their own private car on their own timing. You tell us who needs private, and we build the shared windows around the flight banks.
Do the arrival transfers connect to our hotel room block?
Yes. Every route ends at your room-block hotel check-in or directly at the venue, and it is run by the same desk handling your guest shuttles, day-of loops and departures. That means the airport arrival, the welcome-party shuttle and the Sunday send-off are one continuous plan rather than separate vendors who never coordinate.
