Five Events, One Agreement

The weekend is the unit, not the trip.

Booking rides one at a time leaves seams — the gap where the rehearsal car ends and nobody owns the drive to the welcome party. A weekend contract erases those seams. We take the full function list, map the drive times between every hotel and venue, and hold a fleet that carries the entire celebration end to end.

  • A single confirmed schedule
  • Fleet reserved across all dates
  • Changes flow through one desk
Why a package wins

A held fleet means no surge pricing on the busiest night, no re-briefing a new driver at every function, and no finger-pointing between vendors when a flight lands late. Starting at $180 per hour, the weekend is quoted as one figure you can plan against.

How wedding pricing works

What Continuity Buys

The same crew, every night.

A fleet that scales

A core set of vehicles stays with you all weekend; extra shuttles fold in for the high-count ceremony day, then fold back out.

Drivers who know you

By the second function your chauffeurs know the family, the venues and the pace — no cold start at the moment it matters most.

A schedule that absorbs

When one leg runs late, the desk re-flows the rest of the day around it rather than cancelling the next pickup.

How a Weekend Runs

Thursday arrivals to Sunday send-off.

A representative shape — yours is built from your own function list, but the spine rarely changes.

1Thursday / Friday

Arrivals & rehearsal

Guest airport pickups begin, then the rehearsal run and its dinner — hotel to venue to restaurant and back.

2Friday evening

Welcome party

A continuous hotel-to-venue shuttle for out-of-town guests as the weekend opens in earnest.

3Saturday

The wedding day

Getting-ready cars, the bridal party, guest shuttles to the ceremony, and reception loops on the clock.

4Saturday night

After-party

Late-night loops back to the hotels so no one who has been celebrating gets behind a wheel.

5Sunday

Farewell brunch

A relaxed brunch shuttle, then staggered departures timed to each guest’s flight home.

Wedding Weekend Transportation — FAQ

What is included in a full wedding-weekend transportation package?
Every ride from the moment guests land to the moment they fly home: the rehearsal-dinner run, the welcome party, the ceremony-and-reception day, the late-night after-party loops, and the day-after farewell brunch with airport departures. It is written as one contract with one schedule rather than five separate bookings that never talk to each other.
How many days does a wedding weekend usually span?
Most cover Thursday or Friday through Sunday — three to four days. Destination and South-Asian celebrations often stretch longer with additional pre-wedding functions, and the package flexes to fit. We build the plan around your actual event list, not a fixed template.
Is booking the whole weekend better than reserving each event on its own?
It is more reliable and usually more efficient. A dedicated fleet is held across the dates, drivers already know your names and venues by the second night, and there is no gap where one vendor assumes another has the airport run covered. One desk owns the entire timeline, so a delay on Friday is absorbed without unravelling Saturday.
Do the same vehicles and chauffeurs stay with us all weekend?
Yes — continuity is the point of a weekend contract. We assign a core fleet and crew to your event so the people moving your family on rehearsal night are the same ones running the send-off brunch. Additional vehicles scale in for the high-count ceremony day and scale back down afterward.
Can we add or drop an event after the package is booked?
Yes, up to your final confirmation window. Guest counts and function lists shift as RSVPs land — we re-size the fleet and adjust the schedule as your plans firm up, and the single-contract structure means those changes flow through one invoice instead of a scramble across vendors.
