The Village End

Busy, walkable, and hard to park in.

Siesta Key Village is a few blocks of restaurants, bars and shops at the north end of the island, with the public beach a short walk west. It is the busiest part of the key and the reason a lot of people choose it.

Parking in the Village is limited and the streets are narrow, which makes arriving by car the least pleasant way to do it. Guests staying here rarely need one — but arrivals and departures still have to cross a bridge, and that is where the planning goes.

  • Kerbside pickup away from the busiest blocks
  • Bags taken from the lobby
  • Beach and Village both walkable
  • Bridge timing built into departures

02 / Groups at the North End

Friends in for a weekend arrive on different flights.

The Village draws groups — birthdays, reunions, friends in for a long weekend — and they almost never land together. Six people on four flights is the normal shape.

We stagger the airport pickups so each traveller is met as their own flight arrives, keep one or two vehicles for the Saturday evening, and run a single departure at the end. One booking, one invoice, and no argument about who is paying for what.

Getting home at closing

The Village empties at once and a barrier island has few cars available at that hour. A pre-booked collection is already allocated to you; an on-demand one is competing with the whole street.

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites.

FAQ

Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites Black Car Service — FAQ

Do you provide black car service to Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites — SRQ and TPA airport transfers, staggered group arrivals, Village evening collections and Sarasota day trips.
Can you handle a group arriving on different flights?
Yes. We stagger the airport pickups so each traveller is met as their own flight lands, then run the group together for the rest of the stay. It goes on one booking with one invoice.
Is parking difficult in the Village?
Yes — it is limited and the streets are narrow, which is why guests here mostly walk. The chauffeur picks up slightly away from the busiest blocks and takes bags from the lobby rather than trying to stop outside a restaurant at eight in the evening.
Can you collect us at closing time?
Yes, and it is worth reserving. The Village empties at once and a barrier island has few cars available at that hour, so a pre-booked collection is already yours rather than competing with the street.
How far is the airport?
Roughly 20 to 25 minutes to SRQ and about an hour and a quarter to TPA, with the Siesta Drive bridge usually the quicker exit from this end of the island.
