Black Car Service to ROOST Tampa

An apartment hotel rather than a hotel — studios to two-bedrooms with real kitchens, inside the Asher tower on Water Street. Guests stay for weeks, not nights, and that changes what they need from a car company entirely.

A Longer Stay

Weeks, not nights — so the travel is a pattern, not a trip.

ROOST occupies part of the Asher tower at 1050 Water Street with around ninety-seven furnished suites, from studios up to two-bedrooms, each with a full kitchen. It exists for the relocation, the consulting engagement and the long project — people who arrive with more luggage than a weekend and leave a month later.

That profile produces a different transport need. It is rarely one airport transfer. It is an arrival with three suitcases, a standing Monday-morning car to a client site, an occasional evening out, a weekend run somewhere, and a departure at the end with the same three suitcases. We set that up as a recurring booking rather than as a series of unrelated reservations.

  • Standing weekday pickups at a fixed time
  • Extra luggage capacity on arrival and departure
  • Same chauffeur where the schedule allows
  • Single monthly invoice for the whole stay

02 / Water Street on Foot, Tampa Bay by Car

The district is walkable. The region is not.

Water Street is the easiest part of Tampa to be in without a car — Benchmark International Arena, the Convention Center, the Riverwalk and the district's restaurants are all inside a few blocks. Guests here generally do not want a rental sitting in a garage for a month.

What they do need is a car for the things Water Street cannot walk to: the Westshore offices, a client in Lakewood Ranch, dinner in Hyde Park, a weekend on Clearwater Beach, and the airport at either end. Booking those individually as they come up works out simpler and cheaper than a month of parking.

The rental-car alternative

For a month-long stay, a chauffeured car for the trips that actually need one usually beats a rental plus downtown parking — and nobody has to drive back from dinner.

Project Teams & Relocation

Several people, one account, one reconciliation.

Companies often place a whole team into extended stay at once. Handled individually that becomes a monthly pile of expense claims; handled as a corporate account it becomes one statement with each trip attributed to a person and a cost centre.

We run the arrivals as they land, the weekly pattern as a schedule, and the departures at the end of the engagement — all against the same account, with the same two vehicle types.

  • Per-passenger attribution on a single account
  • Arrival and departure waves for whole teams
  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or GMC Yukon SUV
  • Bookings changeable as the project schedule moves

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every ROOST Tampa transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for ROOST Tampa.

FAQ

ROOST Tampa Black Car Service — FAQ

Do you provide black car service to ROOST Tampa?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from ROOST Tampa at 1050 Water Street — TPA airport arrivals and departures, recurring weekday travel during a long stay, evening and weekend trips, and end-of-stay departures.
Can I set up a standing car for a long stay?
Yes, and it is the common arrangement here. Because ROOST is an extended-stay apartment hotel, most guests book a recurring pattern — a fixed weekday pickup to a client site, for example — rather than one-off trips, with the same chauffeur wherever the schedule allows.
Is a chauffeur cheaper than renting a car for a month?
It depends on how much you actually drive. Water Street is walkable, so many extended-stay guests only need a car for airport runs, client sites outside downtown and evenings out. Paying for those trips often works out better than a month of rental plus downtown parking, and nobody has to drive home after dinner. We will quote your specific pattern through the booking flow.
Can you carry extra luggage for a long stay?
Yes. Arrivals and departures for extended stays usually need the GMC Yukon SUV rather than the sedan, which takes up to six passengers and a correspondingly larger load. Tell us the bag count when you book and we will assign the right vehicle.
Can a company put a whole project team on one account?
Yes. A corporate account covers every traveller, attributes each trip to a person and cost centre, and produces one reconciled statement instead of a pile of individual expense claims.
