Black Car Service to Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key

Across the Sand Key bridge from the main beach strip, on a quieter island with a wide stretch of sand and a park at the end. The separation is the appeal — and it is also ten more minutes you should plan for.

The Name, and the Island

Still the same resort — the name moved, the sand did not.

This property spent years as the Sheraton Sand Key Resort and now trades as Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key. Same address on Gulf Boulevard, same beach; booking systems and search results carry both, so if your confirmation says one and the sign says the other, nothing has gone wrong.

Sand Key itself sits south of Clearwater Beach proper, across the Sand Key bridge. That buys a quieter beach and a park at the southern end, at the cost of an extra crossing on every journey.

  • Dispatch by Gulf Boulevard address, not brand name
  • Sand Key bridge factored into transfer times
  • Quieter beach with Sand Key Park adjacent
  • Runs to the main beach strip and Pier 60

02 / Two Bridges, Not One

Sand Key adds a crossing to every airport run.

Getting from Sand Key to either airport means the Sand Key bridge and then the mainland, or the causeway north through Clearwater Beach — and the northern route is exactly the one that seizes up in season.

We route on the day rather than by habit, and we allow roughly twenty-five minutes to PIE and forty to fifty to TPA as a working figure. As everywhere on this coast, those are approximations with a bridge inside them.

Weddings on a quieter beach

Sand Key's wide, calm sand makes it a popular ceremony site. Guests, though, mostly stay on the main strip — so the guest loop crosses the bridge.

The Car & the Chauffeur

A detailed sedan or SUV, and a chauffeur who waits.

Every Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key transfer runs in a Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan or a GMC Yukon SUV, cleaned before it leaves and driven by a chauffeur in coat and tie. Flights are tracked against the actual landing rather than the schedule, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you the car, and the driver meets you rather than texting a plate number from a garage.

  • Mercedes-Benz E 350 sedan — up to 3 passengers
  • GMC Yukon SUV — up to 6 passengers and luggage
  • Flight tracked; wait time built into airport pickups
  • One dispatch desk for multi-car and multi-day movements

Max Luxury Limo is an independent chauffeur company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a preferred provider for Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key.

FAQ

Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key Black Car Service — FAQ

Do you provide black car service to the Sheraton on Sand Key?
Yes. We run chauffeured black car transfers to and from Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key — PIE and TPA airport transfers, wedding and group blocks, runs to the main Clearwater Beach strip, and evening collections.
Is this still called Sheraton Sand Key Resort?
It traded under that name for years and now trades as Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key. Same property, same Gulf Boulevard address. Both names appear in booking systems, so a confirmation showing the older one is not a problem — we dispatch to the address.
How long is the transfer to the airports?
Roughly 25 minutes to PIE and 40 to 50 to TPA as working figures. Sand Key sits across its own bridge south of Clearwater Beach, so there is an extra crossing on every journey compared with the main strip.
Can we get to the main Clearwater Beach strip easily?
Yes, it is a short run north across the Sand Key bridge to Pier 60 and Beach Walk. Worth being driven in season rather than trying to park at the other end.
Can you handle wedding guests staying elsewhere?
Yes, and it is common here. Ceremonies happen on the quieter Sand Key sand while many guests stay on the main strip, so we run scheduled loops across the bridge in both directions, including the late return.
