Pass-a-Grille is the historic village at the southern tip of the St. Pete Beach barrier island — a National Register historic district since 1989, with roughly 97 preserved early-1900s cottages and no high-rise development. It has a genuine old-Florida character: low-rise buildings, small inns, boutiques, and a walkable beach-town grid centered on 8th Avenue and Gulf Way.

Choose Clearwater for activity and energy. Choose Pass-a-Grille when you want the day to feel slower — it's quieter and more historic than Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach proper, though it's an active, popular beach village with working restaurants and shops, not an empty or undiscovered stretch.
