The hotel fronts Beach Walk, so Pier 60, the sand and most of the beach restaurants are on foot. Delegates rarely need a car during the day.
They need one in the evening, for dinner in downtown Dunedin or Safety Harbor, or for a run to Tampa. Those are the bookings we get here, and they are point-to-point with a collection time rather than hourly hire.
Dunedin and Safety Harbor are both short mainland runs and both better dinner towns than the beach strip. Being collected means nobody drives the causeway afterwards.
