The Concession is a private, gated golf community with tight event parking and shuttle lots that back up fast on major-championship days. Chauffeured car service drops you at the spectator entrance and collects you after the last group — from the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota hotels, downtown Sarasota, St. Petersburg or the airports. When and where is the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship?
The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship — the PGA of America’s marquee senior major — is played in mid-April at The Concession Golf Club in Lakewood Ranch, just east of Sarasota. The Concession is the host venue for three straight years: 2026, 2027 and 2028. That multi-year run makes it a fixed spring date on the Tampa Bay and Sarasota golf calendar, and pre-booked car service is the calm way through a week that fills local roads and hotels.
Do you provide spectator transportation to The Concession?
Yes. The Concession sits in a gated residential-golf community with limited event parking, so we run door-to-door car service from the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota hotel cluster, downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, St. Petersburg and the airports directly to the spectator entrance, then collect you after play. It removes the parking and shuttle-lot uncertainty from your day.
Can you handle players, officials and sponsor hospitality?
That is central to what we do during championship week. We provide discreet executive SUVs and Sprinter vans for competitors, PGA of America officials, and sponsor and hospitality guests — coordinated arrivals to the correct entrances, all-day standby vehicles at the club, and evening runs to Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota dinners. Standing accounts keep the same chauffeurs on your group all week.
Which airport is best for the Senior PGA at The Concession?
Sarasota–Bradenton International (SRQ) is the closest, roughly 25 to 35 minutes from The Concession, and it is the easiest arrival for players, officials and guests. Tampa International (TPA) is about 55 to 70 minutes, useful for connections and national flights. We meet both, plus private arrivals at the Sarasota and Tampa FBOs.
Should I book early for the Senior PGA Championship?
Yes. A major concentrates player, official, sponsor and spectator demand into a few days across three consecutive host years, so vehicles and chauffeurs book out early. Reserving four to six weeks ahead locks in your car for spectator days, hospitality standby or airport transfers before championship week fills.
