Sarasota takes its arts season seriously, and this hotel sits in the middle of it — the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall is immediately adjacent, with the Sarasota Opera, Asolo Rep and Selby Gardens all a short run away. From winter into spring there is something on most nights.
That produces a very particular traffic pattern: everything empties at once when a performance ends. We schedule collections around curtain times rather than into them, and agree a pickup point that is not the one three hundred other people are walking towards.

With the scale and the meeting space to take them, this is where Sarasota's larger conferences and association meetings end up. Arrivals cluster, departures cluster, and the organiser wants one invoice rather than two hundred receipts.
We run it as a programme against the attendee list — waves into SRQ where delegates flew local, longer TPA runs for those who did not, held cars for speakers, and a sequenced departure morning.
SRQ is 10–15 minutes; TPA is about an hour. A delegate list will contain both, and the schedule has to reflect that rather than averaging it.
