The Event

Built for the shotgun, not the school run.

A corporate golf outing lives and dies on timing. A full-field scramble needs every player at the bag drop before the horn, sponsors ferried to their VIP flights, and the whole field back to the clubhouse for lunch — none of which a generic charter dispatcher plans around. We stage the fleet to your tee sheet: coordinated arrivals, continuous hotel-to-course loops during play, and a clean reset for the awards function that evening.

  • Executive SUVs and Sprinters for sponsors and VIPs
  • 24–38 passenger minibuses for the field
  • Coordinated motorcoach fleets to 1,000 players
  • Continuous hotel-to-course shuttle loops

The Venues

The clubs that host Tampa Bay business golf.

Innisbrook runs conferences and outings up to 1,000 attendees across four courses and its own lodging — the region's heavyweight for large corporate events. TPC Tampa Bay is the polished, close-to-town choice for executive member-guest days, and Saddlebrook packs golf, meeting space and rooms onto one campus for multi-day incentive trips. We work all three routinely and know their gates, staging areas and bag-drop flow.

  • Innisbrook — up to 1,000 at conference scale
  • TPC Tampa Bay — executive member-guest days
  • Saddlebrook — golf + meetings on one campus
  • Incentive trips and multi-day programs

The Account

One invoice. A named point of contact.

Event planners and corporate clients do not want to chase receipts. Your outing runs on a single consolidated invoice to the host — never fare collection from attendees — and repeat clients open a standing account with net terms and a dedicated account manager who knows your calendar. From the first call to the final statement, you deal with one person.

  • Single invoice to the host company
  • Standing accounts with net terms
  • A dedicated account manager
  • Consolidated billing across every leg
Where we run corporate outings

Corporate Golf Outing Transportation — FAQ

How many players can you move for a corporate outing?
Anything from a single foursome to a full-field shotgun. Executive SUVs and Sprinter vans cover VIP flights and smaller company outings; 24- to 38-passenger minibuses handle the bulk of a scramble; and coordinated motorcoach fleets scale to 1,000 players for the large conference events Innisbrook and Saddlebrook host. We size and stagger the fleet to your tee sheet.
Can you invoice the company instead of collecting from riders?
Yes. Corporate outings run on a single invoice to the host — no drivers collecting fares, no splitting the bill across attendees. Repeat clients and event planners can open a standing account with net terms, a named account manager and one consolidated statement across every leg of the event.
How is this different from a generic charter-bus company?
A charter broker sends a coach and a driver. We are a luxury ground-transportation company that specializes in golf: chauffeurs in business attire, clubs and gear handled at every bag drop, staging that matches a shotgun start rather than a school run, and the same discretion your executives and sponsors expect. The vehicles are cleaner, the timing is tighter, and the experience matches the event.
Do you handle hotel-to-course shuttles and evening functions?
That is most of what a corporate outing needs. We run continuous loops between the host hotel and the course during the round, then reposition the fleet for the awards dinner, sponsor reception or off-property function that evening — and the airport departures the next morning. One provider covers the whole program.
How far ahead should we book a company golf outing?
For a large member-guest or charity scramble we recommend locking the fleet four to eight weeks out, especially around Valspar week and the winter season when demand peaks. That said, we hold reserve capacity for corporate clients and can turn around a smaller executive outing on short notice. Call (813) 556-9921 to check dates.
