Clearwater Beach hangs off the Memorial Causeway, St. Pete Beach off the Pinellas Bayway, and Anna Maria has a single chain of bridges up from Bradenton — and every one of them backs up on a sunny Saturday. A late shuttle here does not just slow the day; it can strand the ceremony behind a drawbridge. We schedule against the real beach-day traffic and stage vehicles on-island so the loop never depends on a bridge opening at the wrong moment.

A Gulf-beach ceremony is timed to the sunset, and that hard deadline drives the whole schedule. We work the guest shuttle and the couple’s car backward from the ceremony call so everyone is seated before the light is gone.
