Clearwater & Anna Maria Wedding Venue Transportation

One chauffeur desk for the Gulf beaches — the Clearwater Beach resorts, the pink Don CeSar out on St. Pete Beach, the barefoot pavilions of Anna Maria Island and the bluff-top club at Belleair. We know the causeways, the beach-town bottlenecks and the sunset clock, and we plan every leg around them.

Clearwater & Anna Maria Venues

Two beaches, one dispatch desk.

Clearwater Beach and Anna Maria Island sit at opposite ends of the coast, with St. Pete Beach and Belleair between — each its own drive. We plan to every door, and for the resorts you can open the dedicated car-service page. We drive to every venue below; naming one is never a claim of partnership.

The Grand Pavilion at The Sandbar

Beachfront pavilion on Anna Maria Island’s north end, at the foot of the pier.

The Sunset Deck at The Beach House

Gulf-front deck at Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria, built for sunset ceremonies.

Belleair Country Club

Historic bluff-top club above the Intracoastal in Belleair, just south of Clearwater.

Causeways & Beach-Town Traffic

The barrier islands have one way on and off.

Clearwater Beach hangs off the Memorial Causeway, St. Pete Beach off the Pinellas Bayway, and Anna Maria has a single chain of bridges up from Bradenton — and every one of them backs up on a sunny Saturday. A late shuttle here does not just slow the day; it can strand the ceremony behind a drawbridge. We schedule against the real beach-day traffic and stage vehicles on-island so the loop never depends on a bridge opening at the wrong moment.

  • Vehicles staged on-island, not stuck on the causeway
  • Schedules built around drawbridge and beach traffic
  • Guest arrivals met at PIE, TPA and Sarasota (SRQ)
The sunset clock

A Gulf-beach ceremony is timed to the sunset, and that hard deadline drives the whole schedule. We work the guest shuttle and the couple’s car backward from the ceremony call so everyone is seated before the light is gone.

Beach weddings

Resorts, Pavilions & Bluffs

Three kinds of Gulf wedding.

Clearwater Beach resorts

The Sandpearl, Opal Sands and JW Marriott cluster near Pier 60 with valet motor courts — we cycle vehicles through rather than parking guests in beach traffic.

Anna Maria pavilions

The Sandbar and Beach House are barefoot Gulf-front venues at the island’s ends; we stage up from Bradenton and plan for the single bridge chain on and off.

Belleair bluff club

Belleair Country Club sits above the water on the mainland — no causeway, but a gated, members-only arrival we brief drivers on ahead of the day.

Clearwater & Anna Maria Wedding Venue Transportation — FAQ

Which Clearwater and Anna Maria wedding venues do you drive to?
The Gulf-beach set on both coasts — the Sandpearl, Opal Sands and JW Marriott resorts on Clearwater Beach, the Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach, The Grand Pavilion at The Sandbar and The Sunset Deck at The Beach House on Anna Maria Island, and Belleair Country Club on the mainland bluff. We plan each arrival to the door.
How do you handle the causeways to the beach venues?
Every barrier island here has one way on and off — Clearwater Beach off the Memorial Causeway, St. Pete Beach off the Pinellas Bayway, and Anna Maria via a single bridge chain from Bradenton — and all back up on a sunny weekend. We stage vehicles on-island and schedule against real beach-day traffic so a drawbridge never strands the ceremony.
Do you time beach ceremonies to sunset?
Yes. A Gulf-beach ceremony runs on the sunset clock, which is a hard deadline the whole schedule bends to. We work the guest shuttle and the couple’s car backward from the ceremony call so everyone is seated while the light still holds.
Are Clearwater and Anna Maria too far apart for one wedding?
They sit at opposite ends of the coast — roughly an hour apart — so most weddings anchor to one beach rather than both. If your guests split between areas, or you pair a Clearwater room block with an Anna Maria ceremony, we run a coordinated fleet across the gap on one schedule.
Where do beach-wedding guests fly in, and where do they stay?
Most fly into St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) or Tampa (TPA), with Sarasota (SRQ) closest for Anna Maria. Guests usually stay in the beach resort itself; for Anna Maria, where hotel room blocks are limited, many book nearby on the island or over in Bradenton, and we shuttle them in.
