The People at the Front Row

Parents shouldn’t ride the guest shuttle.

The mother of the bride, the father of the groom, the immediate family in the processional — they carry the day emotionally, and they should not be crowded onto a loop shuttle with a hundred guests. A dedicated sedan or SUV gives them a calm, private arrival with a chauffeur who knows exactly who they are.

  • A car reserved for immediate family
  • Private, unhurried arrival
  • A chauffeur briefed by name
Gathered from wherever they are

Divorced parents in two households, grandparents at a different hotel, an out-of-town aunt who is a guest of honor — we handle multiple pickups so each family member is collected from their own address and delivered together to the venue.

Accessibility, Handled Quietly

Every grandparent gets in with ease.

Low, easy step-in

A sedan sits lower for a guest who cannot manage a high SUV step; we match the vehicle to the person rather than the other way around.

A hand at every door

The chauffeur is there to steady an elbow, stow a cane or walker, and take the walk to the entrance at the pace the rider needs.

Never rushed

Boarding and unloading are built into the schedule with extra minutes, so an older guest is never hurried on a day meant to honor them.

In sync with the photographer

Family portraits usually happen in a tight window before or just after the ceremony. We coordinate the family cars with that schedule so parents and grandparents are present exactly when the photographer calls for them — and can slip away to rest afterward without stranding anyone.

Timed Around the Photos

Present for the portraits, not the standing around.

Family photos are where the day’s timeline most often slips. Because we hold the family cars on the same schedule as the couple’s, VIPs arrive for their portrait slot and are not left waiting in the heat — and after the formalities, a car is ready to take a tired grandparent back whenever they wish.

  • Arrive on the photographer’s cue
  • No waiting in the Florida heat
  • An early exit whenever they need it

VIP & Family Transportation — FAQ

Who counts as VIP family for a dedicated car?
Typically the immediate family in the processional — parents of the couple, grandparents, and honored family members like a godparent or an out-of-town relative you want treated as a guest of honor. Anyone you would not want riding a shared loop shuttle is a candidate for a dedicated car.
Can you accommodate limited mobility or a wheelchair?
Yes. For a guest who cannot manage a high SUV step we assign a lower sedan, and the chauffeur is there to steady an elbow and stow a cane or walker. If you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, tell us when you book and we will arrange the right equipment for the day.
How are the family cars timed around photos?
Family portraits happen in a tight window near the ceremony, so we run the family cars on the same schedule as the couple. Parents and grandparents arrive exactly when the photographer calls for them, then have a car ready to leave once the formalities are done.
How many family cars will we need?
It depends on family size and how the households split. A single sedan may cover both parents, while divorced parents in separate homes, plus grandparents at another hotel, might call for two or three vehicles. We size it from your family list rather than a fixed package.
Can grandparents be collected from a different hotel or their home?
Yes — multiple pickups are standard for this service. We gather each family member from their own address, whether that is a separate hotel or a private home, and deliver everyone to the venue together and on time.
