We live out of state — how does destination wedding transportation work?
We become your local ground department. You plan the wedding from home; we handle everything that touches a road here — meeting the flights, running the guest shuttles, and moving the party through venues we already know. You get one local contact who answers the questions you can’t answer from another state, like real drive times and which causeway to avoid at rush hour.
Do you meet guests at the airport, including private jets?
Yes, at all three regional airports. We watch the manifests you send us and meet each guest at Tampa (TPA), St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) or Sarasota (SRQ) — commercial arrivals at baggage claim and private-jet arrivals planeside at the FBOs — then run them straight to the room-block hotel. Arrivals stagger over two or three days, and we cover every one.
Which airport should our out-of-town guests fly into?
It depends on where the celebration sits. TPA carries the most flights and suits most guests; PIE is closer and quieter for a beach-side wedding; SRQ is the short hop for Longboat Key and Sarasota venues. We’ll tell you which to recommend for each group and put it in the guest travel note, so people land at the airport that keeps their transfer shortest.
Can you run shuttles for every event, not just the wedding day?
That’s the core of a destination package.
