We collect you at home, bring you to the venue, wait through the show, and take you back. No surge pricing when the lights come up, and no queue on a closed street with everybody else.
The package
A minimum of six hours, one car, one price
A concert evening is not a transfer. The car that drops you at the doors and leaves is the reason people stand on a closed street at eleven o’clock watching prices climb. This package keeps the same Luxury SUV and the same chauffeur with you for the whole evening — so going home is a phone call, not an auction.

What it costs
Each additional hour — chosen when you book, or started on the night — is $144: $120 plus the same gratuity rate. So 7 hours is $1,008 and 8 hours is $1,152. The fixed price covers pickups across Tampa Bay and our named Central Florida communities; from further out we will quote the trip.

Service time
Choosing your hours, and what happens if you run late
Enjoy a private Luxury SUV with a professional chauffeur for a minimum of six hours. Need more time? Select additional hours when booking. Your chauffeur and vehicle remain reserved for your selected service period.
The reserved service period begins at your scheduled pickup time. Additional service time beyond the prepaid reservation duration is billed by the started hour at the applicable hourly rate plus proportional gratuity.
Your car and chauffeur are yours for that whole period — they wait at the venue through the show rather than dropping you and leaving.
A 6-hour reservation is $720 plus 20% gratuity. Each additional hour you add when booking is $120 plus the same gratuity — $144 an hour, however many you choose.
If the evening runs beyond the time you reserved, each additional hour you start is billed in full at $120 plus the same gratuity rate your reservation carries — $144 for an hour. Part of an hour is charged as an hour; there is no part-hour rate.
Additional time is calculated after your trip is complete and you are shown the calculation for anything charged.
Parking & access
Where we collect you
VIP or paid parking is not included in the standard package. Customers requesting pickup from a premium or restricted parking area must supply valid access credentials or contact Max Luxury in advance. Parking and access charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Access cannot be guaranteed solely by purchasing a parking pass.
Otherwise, pickup will take place at a designated, legally permitted location, subject to venue rules, security and traffic restrictions.
No alcohol is offered, provided or included with this service.

What is included in the 6-hour concert package?
A private Luxury SUV with a professional chauffeur for a minimum of 6 hours, at $720 plus a 20% gratuity — $864 in total. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the evening: they take you to the venue, wait through the show, and take you home afterwards. Event tickets are not included.
Can I book more than the minimum?
Yes. Choose your duration when you book, in whole hours, and your chauffeur and vehicle remain reserved for the whole of it. Each hour beyond the 6-hour minimum is $120 plus the same gratuity — $144 an hour. There is no need to call us to book seven, eight or ten hours; it is a selection on the booking form.
How many passengers can travel?
Up to 6 passengers travel in one Luxury SUV, not counting your chauffeur. If your party is larger, contact us and we will arrange additional vehicles — we will not book more passengers into a vehicle than it seats.

Can I book a concert outside Tampa Bay?
The fixed package price covers pickups in our Tampa Bay service counties. For a pickup outside them, send us the details and we will quote the trip rather than apply the package price.
